Adobe Community : Unanswered Discussions - Installing, Updating, & Subscribing to Acrobat

Hello. I am looking at the monthly Adobe Pro sub as an individual. I have my own pc, a business pc, and a windows phone. PLus, what if I am at a library or etc. I dont see any language that clearly states where I can use my one subscription. TIA.

I'm unable to reinstall adobe acrobat 9 pro. I have gone through all the steps.

I am using Adobe Acrobat X Pro and when I am editing a pdf it shuts down on me and will not let me reopen X Pro, I always end up having to reinstall it. This happens to me every month and it is getting frustrating. Today it happened again and I saw there was an update available but it didn't help. What can I do to fix this issue? Thanks!

Every morning I have the AAM Updates Notifier in my Activity Monitor stuck at 99% and flagged Not Responding.

At this point I seem to have few options but to disable it via the answer at this StackExchange link.

Anyone have any actual solutions other than my workaround? Or ideas of things I can investigate that may be causing this issue?

I have CS6 Design & Web Premium installed but Acrobat X Pro will not open. I have reinstalled only Acrobat X Pro, but it states my serial number is not valid. Do I have to completely uninstall CS6 and reinstall to get this to work?

I got an 1328 Error when I tried to Updatemy Acrobat. I don't want to Uninstall and Re-Install Adobe. Can you help please ? Thanks, Steve

I have just upgraded to Creative Cloud Acrobat Pro DC and now I cannot see thumbnails.

This is unacceptable from Adobe; please advise the reason for not including this functionality, and the progress on a fix.

Where are Acr. DC Pro preferences stored (toolbar selections, etc.)? I'd like to use the same set on two machines. Many thanks in advance.

I'm on a Mac and I need Acrobat XI because DC does not work with the plugins I use at work. We have a CC subscription. I have downloaded the XI software from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html but it prompts me for a serial number. I have followed steps on this page on what to do if you have a subscription, but it leads me to a page that asks for a redemption code to activate my subscription. My subscription is already activated. Is there a way to install XI without needing a serial/redemption code?

My Mac updated earlier and now all PDF's are opening in preview and i only seem to have reader? I want to be able to reduce the file size of existing PDF's???

Trying to install and it tells me to go to the APP Store - but I see no apps.... I need this to work on my surface or it has no value to me.

Hello, I have 2014 Mac Book Pro 15" Ret. Display. Almost every other week I get a update from Adobe and Its getting a little annoying. Anyone else having this problem with Adobe?

Every day, Acrobat Pro XI will freeze when I print for the first time. The freeze will last for about a full minute and locks up the entire computer. Can't click anything, can't switch programs, etc. Even my streaming music will stop towards the end of the freeze. It works perfectly fine for the rest of the day, I restart the pc when I leave for the day, and then have the same problem the next day. Any ideas on what's causing this and, more importantly, how to fix it?

I recently purchased Acrobat Pro, and it's crashing whenever I click the down arrow button in PDF view screen, try to print, or try to select and copy text. No error message pops up, it just becomes unresponsive, and I have to force quit it. The same thing happens after the update from 2 days ago, in the free version, Reader as well. I've completely uninstalled it, removed all preference files and receipts, repaired permissions, and one just about everything else I've seen to do. Any suggestions?
